Outsurance is not even trying to keep clients

Last week I was trying to get a car insurance quote from Outsurance. I am already an existing client but they quoted me a ridiculous amount and refused to try and lower the premium. I found another company who is about R500 cheaper and told the person on the phone that they are going to lose me as a client and she basically said it's a pity but she's not going to convince me to stay. This is unacceptable from Outsurance as I have always been very satisfied with the service that I have received. Thanks for NOTHING.
