Outsurance is not delivering on their brand promise
Outsurance is not delivering on their brand promise - very disappointing. They advertise that they will match a quotation you receive. The quotation I received was R700 less than my current Outsurance premium, but when I queried it with Outsurance I was told, the best we can do is offer you a R200 discount. What is the incentive to stay?
