Outsurance is not an option and doesnt wanna pay what is due to others. Very Bad service and would not advise anyone to join them

Outsurance was very unfair..... and i wont advise anyone to get insurance through them because of their bad service and not wanting to pay, especially for third parties. They treat them so unfairly. Here is my story

I work with renting bikes and s******s for uber eats drivers... One night my driver was driving my bike Reg No: DM76RTGP from delivery at night on 2116 Mayibuye street corner Intakaza and Inlhokonhloko street, Thembisa. His Name is Hlioniphani Nkomo Cell: *** Date was 08/11/2019 and time was +- 20:30 when he was hit by a BmW (outsurance client) who agreed he was wrong. A case was opened and i had communication with outsurance and they asked me to send documents, I sent all the documents to them.

I am the owner of the bike but dont have ownership papers, But I have registration document from previous owner and there is an affidavit from previous owner which shows that the bike was sold to me. (Which i produced to the insurance)

My bike did not have insurance so I claimed as a third party. I was assisted by a lady called Sumari BreytenBach . when it was time to fetch my bike for assistant, they told me to take it myself, so i had to pay a bakkie for that. They assessed it and told the bakkie driver to take it back. Then i was called by Sumari to let me know that they wont pay me because the driver could have avoided the accident... How?? because their client was wrong and it was at night... they told me abaout laws. I told them I am loosing money , my bike is written off and no one wants to assist, I spoke to her Manager and he told me the samething. I really think it is not far for them not to pay and to tell me i owe.

Hello Siyanda

We understand your unhappiness about the outcome of your 3rd party claim.

Our liability claims manager, Elizna after having received your complaint,
She explained this is an apportionable matter and as our client's vehicle damage outweigh the damage to your motor bike, the settlement ends in a negative.

We know you are not happy with the outcome, but thank you for the opportunity to discuss the matter with you.

Regards
OUTsurance
