Outsurance is nonsense

Called them for a quote. They gave me a very good deal. Changed my insurance to them that very day to theirs, and canceled my previous insurance company. A week later, I realised that they captured my details incorrectly. They said I was married when I CLEARLy stated that I was not. That resulted in my premium going up by R260 immediately and also my R0 excess changed to R2500. I regret ever cancelling my previous insurance. Nonsense company
