outsurance is no surname

My vehicle was vandalised a month ago and was taken to a panel beater which fixed my vehicle well, I wanted the vehicle to be fixed there and the insurance stated that it is not a recognised bannelbeater and they are not approved to work on my vehicle, ( but they did before),I went to get a quote from the prescribed panel beater and they stated that they are also no approved to work on my vehicle, I was then threatened by outsurance that if my vehicle was to go to my preferred panel beater I will loose my vehicles warranty. I have been waiting for a month for Outsurance to decide on what is the out come. I have been contacting the on many occasion with no positive response. if there was anything les than 1 star it would be them.
