outsurance is inconsistent

Outsurance hires people like muneer vally to find every excuse to reject a claim. After my car was assessed I was informed the damage was caused by a previous accident and my claim was rejected. I entered a dispute to the rejection with submitted proof that no prior accident had occurred. Only to be informed that my claim was once again rejected due to my car having a mechanical fault. In a bid to get rid of my claim, my car was promptly returned to me and my rental was abruptly subject to term. I'm appalled by their suspicious behaviour.
