Outsurance is great with sending emails and phoning you back. I have received no less than 5 emails since last week. All promotional and promising R500/R1500 if they don't beat your current premium. Well, I was helped by an amazing person who gave me a decent quote within minutes, it was however not less than my current insurance. So, there should be an email coming through for the R500/R1500 right? No, but I have received more promotional emails. So if you really need someone friendly to give you a quote, I say go for it, but don't expect the promotional promises to be part of the experience if you don't take their offer.
