OUTsurance is deliberately ignoring my concerns and chose to pay the panel beater that quoted the amount equivalent to the value of the car
OUTsurance is deliberately ignoring my concerns and chose to pay the panel beater that quoted the amount equivalent to the value of the car. My car is still not properly fixed and the panel beater got paid, why? Is there something going on that I am not aware of? I feel like there is *******ion going on here between the insurer and the panelbeater. The ombudsman is my next stop.
