Outsurance is customer focussed indeed

I recently had to cancel my car insurance because I sold my vehicle. I was advised that I would pay an increased premium when I replace the car and sign up again because I would be losing all my benefits including my no claim bonus. I was then guided to take up a different product to keep my benefits. They allowed me to swop my car insurance for my sons motorbike so that I do not lose my benefits. That is customer focussed service. Yes they are not losing payment but I am not losing my benefits and still qualify for discount in future. Thank you so much
