Outsurance is by far the best we have ever had with regards to insurance claims and service. Last year November a taxi hit my husband's car. Outsurance has an amazing hassle hassle-free claiming process with the most amazing staff. Sadly on the 13th of November this year a taxi rear-ended my Polo TDI. The vehicle was deemed uneconomical to repair. I decided to opt for the buy back option and fix my car. Outsurance helped me every single step of the way.
