Outsurance is bad service

Outsurance took my car to their own preffered dealer. The car shakes wen u start and aircon is not working. Auto body works in

I called them and requested to get a courtesy car which I pay for every month and was told to take my car to kasi to install aircon.

This def mean thr work is not completed.

Im fully annoyed by your service and im yet to still drive in the heat.

Anyone who wants insurance, get anything bt not outsurance
