Outsurance continues to provide awful service. They do not care for their clients. They are driven by greed

Premiums are guaranteed for 12 months thereafter on the anniversary of your policy there will be an annual increase where factors such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes etc. will have an influence on the rerate.
