OUTSURANCE is always looking to not pay claims! They are the WORST insurance around

I'm so disappointed with the manner in which Outsurance handled my claim. They go out of their way to find ways to reject a claim, and their staff are abusive. We had such a HORRIBLE experience - they approved my claim and later said they had new information and would withhold the claim. They sent an assessor called Albert Mamba and he manhandled my 18-year old son during an interview and also tried to force him to lie. He also made it clear to me telephonically that he will reject my claim, even before he could gather whatever information, and he did not have facts or evidence to dispute the claim. He sent me an email saying my claim was rejected and policy canceled, and no reason was given. I then asked for my car back but was told that I must pay for all the costs. Mind you I agreed to pay the premium only, and now the insurance is leaving me hanging and this means I can't get my car back!!! I'm utterly disappointed and would never recommend this insurance to ANYONE!!! THE WORST INSURANCE!!!
