Outsurance is all talk and no action
I was previously an Outsurance client. Moved off some time ago, but since have moved my business insurance, my business partner moved her portfolio over to Outsurance and I am wanting to do the same. Received a quote and have asked if it can be matched/ brought closer to my current insurance... nothing, no communication, no feedback, no answer yes or no or anything. I have followed up twice and am now being ignored... Outsurance are NOT willing to assist. Looking at moving my business portfolio to Hollard... they are willing to assist. Outsurance is all talk and no action.

12 Jun 2019, 07:40I am appalled at the services. Outsurance are so quick to promise the world, advertise on every platform and guarantee great service... Not so much.
So this was two weeks back and again I am now again being avoided by Outsurance.
All I want is an answer from you, must I take my business elsewhere or are you going to help?? But ignoring a person is no way to treat a past, existing and potentially additional portfolio client.
