Outsurance is a total *******!!!!

Total *******!!!! Been in an accident on the 9th of this month and couldn't get hold of outsurance. My vehicle was not drivable so was towed away and now been told by outsurance that I must pay the towing and storage bills to the towing company so they can release my vehicle to them yet the accident was not my fault. Whats the point of having an insurance???? What if I died who was going to authorize a tow then???? Now I'm in pain and must run around to arrange cash to get my vehicle back. Whats the point of insurance if I must pay there premiums and still do the work and pay tow bills etc....
