Outsurance is a *****ster

Outsurance reached out for car cover, also got a quote from mi way. Outsurance told me ill only be covered when i did an inspection of my car. I went with mi way because i only pay 39% of what i was going to pay at outsurance. Outsurance still went ahead and deducted money. I disputed that with them knowing that im not covered with them. They then told me that they can only pay me 50% back and then they will do a cancellation after i submit the necessary documents. Outsurance was suppose to send me the list of necessary documents and an email address where i must email the documents to, so i get my I can get my refund. I never received the message. I phoned again and asked them to assist me. Going through the whole procedure to tell me the insurance was cancelled and they dont do refunds. I told them about what the operater told me and they send they find what happened and give me feedback. Guess what outsurance never phoned or send a message. I want my full premuims back, because if i wouldve had an accident they would not have paid, they easy to take your money but not give back. As i was reading reviews about outsurance makes it clear that this company is a *****. I want my money
