OUTSURANCE IS A **** AND A LIE

Several earthquakes in our region recently.. after the last quake we lodged and filed a claim report on the status of breakage due to the recent tremors.. some of my tiles in the kitchen and corridor was broken.. aswell as my bathroom window.. after we were informed several times that another person would be working on our claim.. 3 in total.. today I was contacted by one of their advisers that the claim does not hold water for Outsurance to pay out.. so in fact we were made ***** as to our claim not to be paid out by our insurer OUTSURANCE! They are a ***** and ****. I know several individuals who are unsatisfied with the situation regarding claims at Outsurance. The assessor they send was clearly uncapable of what to do.. he took a photograph of the front of the house.. the cracks and broken window is at the back of the house..he lifted up one of the broken tiles in the kitchen.. asked some stupid questions as to the laying of the tiles.. the how and when.. really does this matter? I filed a claim because that was what actually happened.. just to get phoned to be told that OUTSURANCE does not think it was as huge tremor to cause damage.. we were made *****! Not one month over several years did a single payment lapse!! Never!! My money and payments were good enough!! Outsurance pays those assessors to lie.. I am sure!! As not to pay out!! They are all in cahoots! They make us look like stupid fools.. Please be advised to never join OUTSURANCE!! They just ignore good clients and it's a slap in our faces.. ******** and de*****s!
