Outsurance is a ******* - Worst Insurance ever

<p>Wrote a complaint a while back of poor service on a household claim...and here we go again. OVER 40 dolls damaged by water logging and outsurance rejects claim coz their so called experts say " it cud have happened with time" ! Really? Then outsurance must be hiring *****s as the doll clothing are damaged, green mold is growing on some of the faces, clothing changed colour and faded, doll faces are stained pink...hello ooo. ...from the wet pink hair colouring of another doll... so how in hell is this not caused by water damaged? Outsurance obviously did not want to pay out as they settled the other items and wanted to do this doll claim separately....We are not stupid... We pay fees diligently all to be **********....by outsurance..... Please cancel all my policies...and my kids also want to cancel all theirs.... 7 policies in all thanks....will never do outsurance again.... you guys suck</p>
