OUTSURANCE IS A *******

My complaint against Outsurance, on Saturday 6th December 2014 @ 12.30 a Mrs Jackson who is insured with outsurance reversed into my vehicle damaging my two doors on the drive side. See sketch attached. Her words was to me I don't know why I went backwards as I had witnesses in my car that heard her saying it. She had open road in front of her to go out of parking but instead reversed out of a parking she was in over another parking which was empty next to where I was standing to take the parking my front wheels was already in the beginning of parking bay, I hooted at her but but she continued reversing and banged into my vehicle. I am not insured and she said her insurance and she said her insurance will fix my damages. I have been fighting ever since to get them to sort me out. <br> The insurance law states that if the vehicle damages is more than half the book value then they can write off the vehicle they sent me a quote from MH Panelshop mitchells plain for R11000 which is under half of car value.
