Outsurance is a pit!!!😢
I am a service provider, helped a client for Outsurance yet they are proving difficult to pay for services rendered!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING I SWEAR

02 Oct 2024, 18:25I am not on your panel but client recommended me since i am the one who has been maintaining his house, i replaced the geyser and sent the invoice instead of Outsurance to deduct the client "access fee" and pay the remainkng amoung they have taken us from pillar to post

Our service providers collect the excess amount from our clients. Not being on our panel, this would not have been knowledge you had, unfortunately.
