outsurance is a ****mer

I contacted outsurance in the month of October to get a quote and I made it clear to them I was shopping around .Well like all sales people would do they convience me to go with them but I was not really happy to do that before shopping around they then convince me to open up a policy that will commerce on the 1st of Dec and advised that at any point I change my mind and cancel policy. Indeed that was the case after I shopped around and realized that most of the services they claim to be the only company to have is not really true many of the competing companies actually have similar or even better services. On the 21 October I called outsurance to let them know I have decided to go with auto and General insurance and I had asked for my policy to be closed.To my surprise on the 25th Oct my account was debited with R1588.62 and I immediately called them to enquirer as I had no insurance with them also even if I had an insurance my agreement was for them to start the debit and policy on the 1st of Dec .They promised to reverse my money and till today my money has not seen my account and I did not even authorize them on debicheck to debit my account I am so angry at this moment because my debit orders are bouncing and I am getting charges on my bank for an *********** ****mer that falsely debited my account and still they are delaying to send back my money .
