Outsurance is a JOKE

I am really disappointed in the service and the 'sorry we can't help you' attitude at Outsurance. I have been a client since 2014 and have NEVER claimed. I recently bought a new car and my premium went up 3 times the amount - I have contacted Outsurance on numerous occasions in the last 2 weeks, this morning being the last straw and every single time I get the same response - 'sorry wait 3-6 months and we will review your premium..' I have received quotes from every other insurance company and all of them charges at least R400 less than what I have to pay for insurance now. Even threatening to leave did not help. I am really disgusted in the service, and the fact that they will rather lose a loyal customer than trying to look for a better deal/or discount is beyond me!! Needless to say I am moving to another provider the end of this month for more benefits and way better premium than Outsurance are will to offer me. TERRIBLE.
