OUTSURANCE IS A JOKE

Sent a company (HANDS ON) to fix alarm system that was struck by lightning, the man left saying its been fixed and all I had to do was check with my security company that they are getting signal,... after MUCH back and forth, my security kept saying they are not getting signal and eventually sent their technician (AT MY COST) to check it, and lo and behold, the transmitter and keypad HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED. - I phone outsurance and they say i must send them a letter from my security company of whats wrong and cost to repair/replace the parts and assure me that the matter has been escalated,....I send them the letters as asked - NO FOLLOW UP...... I phone them and get put on hold for over 30 MINUTES (I run out of my allocated airtime), I speak to 3 different people (All of whome are useless,... I ask them to just cancel my insurance and lo and behold.... a manager phones me (KAMO RAMAPUDO?)!!!! repeat my story (for the 100th time) and he says he will phone me back..... STILL WAITING!!!!!!, OUTSURANCE is a joke full of clowns that partake in the balloons helium supplies!!!!.
