Outsurance is a good company with a good service , the challenge is their pricing

Outsurance is a good company with a good service , the challenge is their pricing. they indicated that their insurance is risk based which i understand . i have insurance that i am paying R599 and they said they can beat the price and after spending morethan 30minutes on the call their prsmium comes to R2300 which i fail to understand because they are ll comprehensive.
