Outsurance is a *****

Dissapointed and furious with outsurance ,I called them to do a quote for me and told them not to do anything until I advise them what to do ,they went in January and deducted my money ,I called them and told them to cancel everything ,I never authorized any debit payment ,didn't call them to give them a go a head but they deducted my money

Still waiting for my refund called them on Friday they said it will be refunded and up until today there is no refund ,I used to love outsurance but it showed that it is a **** who goes into plp account without given authority,I want my refund back I will be lodging a complain with ombudsman also
