Outsurance is a *****
<p>My vehicle was involved in an accident and it was not my fault. My excess amount is R19700 which I agreed to pay as to the guy who's at fault is not insured. Was told that outsurance will recover the funds. Now the problem is that I have been told to pay 50% for the replacement of my rear air shock bags reason been it's damaged due to wear and tear but vehicle was running fine before the accident also the repair shop called me to pick up my vehicle but stated the engine light is on and been advised by a outsurance assessor that the problem is service related. My vehicle is a Mercedes ML350 and if the problem was service related it shows up on the dash. These faults was not present before the accident. Total ******* for a full cover insurance. Assessors don't even have respect when talking to customers. This matter will be taken to court if not rectified. I advise all customers to use a different insurance company before you end up will bills to empty your pocket. Next step is to take this matter to all social media then court </p>

Out Surance is a total *******!!!!
Vehicle was sent to Mercedes Benz for Diagnostics and reported back that the engine light is not accident related. Vehicle was not stripped and Diagnosed just put onto a computer. Now Out Surance will not repair the problem due to there is no proof for them to claim the repair cost back from the guy who is at fault. What do we pay Insurance for if Out Surance only care about recovering there own losses? Vehicle was road worthy before the Insurance was taken out and now been told by Out Surance that long as they informed me about the problem its fine for them to release my vehicle. The point is My vehicle is no longer road worthy with the engine light on as to its now a problem with the engine and will not be safe to drive. This matter will not end like this, its time the press and social media got a taste of what Outsurance is really about. Has for There Claims Advisor "Loreal Leeuwschut" she has no respect for customers and states you will be liable for storage fees then just cuts the call on you. This is not the first time. Why should i be liable for storage fees when my vehicle is no longer road worthy. My vehicle was fine before the accident!!!!
