OUTsurance is a disingenuous Insurer

I have been with OUTsurance for just under 5years with only a windscreen chip claim and they always raised their instalments although my car has depreciated. They will go out of their way to attract new client and retain those that have claimed above their contributions as they will lose out if these clients go. But they will not go the extra mile for people like me as they will gain if I leave, they got all my premiums for nothings. They must "walk the walk" and "talk the talk" and not mislead customers into believing that they are such a good insurer. I will look for a better insurer.
