Outsurance is a ****

Claim number *** I have been taken from pillar to post with no assistance at all . The service is the worse service I've ever experienced. It is ****py to day the least. Their insured customer drove into my business car . They immediately admitted that they were in the wrong and in a hurry to pick up their child . But at the end am told but outsurance that it's a public road and I should have been more vigilant

My business has not be operation for a week because I don't have another car . They did not come to access the car they just did an estimate to say they will pay 17k without exemining the car apparently they estimated via pictures. The damage on the car will cost more than 50 thousand to pay so if they only pay 17 thousand who must pay the rest .

I don't know if am being treated this way because am a black business woman but their service is a joke and has been causing me heart ache and headaches from the get go
