OUTSURANCE IS A COMPANY FOR GREEDY, DISHONEST, *****!!!

I had Building Insurance, Content Cover and Vehicle Insurance with Outsurance and registered a claim on 4 December 2022 when my house burnt down. Since the start of my claim, everyone at Outsurance made me believe they will be helping me repair my house, but on Friday 30 December 2022, they informed me that they are rejecting my claim and also cancelling my policy with immediate effect, and that I would only get the installments I paid over the period of my contract with them to fix my house and try and rebuild my life! The reason they give is that I HAVE BEEN USING MY HOUSE AS A COMMUNE WHICH IS NOT TRUE, and the amount of people living in my house has never been an issue until now?

I have never received any income from the people living in my house as they are unemployed and have nowhere else to go! SO HOW IS IT A COMMUNE??? In other words, we cannot care for our family and loved ones because it will make that the insurance doesn't pay out... so if you dont fit the stereo-type perfect little family mould of a mom and dad and their 2.5 kids with a 3 bedroomed house a dog and a cat... then you are dishonest and running a commune??

I am now stuck with a shell of my house, and my entire family living with me as they have nowhere else to go due to unemployment and COVID, but Outsurance claims that I used my property as a commune, which is a lie as everyone on the property is my family.

Since the decision to cancel my policy and reject my claim, I have not been a ble to get hold of anyone to find out what is going on and how much I will get paid out or by when. No one is answering my calls now, which I can understand because everyone ****!!

Anyway, I feel that people should know that Outsurance is definitely not out to help anyone of us, they are just like all the other big companies, they just take your money and don't give a damn what happens to you when you put in a claim. They just want their money and just chuck you away like old *******, once they are done with you! I have been paying my insurance with the idea that should anything happen, at least I will be covered, but it seems the GREED MACHINE won again and the normal guy on the street that works himself to death to try and make a life is just kicked in the teeth all the time! Only the FAT CATS have a good life!

And then Outsurance leaves it until the very last day of the year to inform me of their decision and leaves me without any further assistance or help as to what I am supposed to do now.

Outsurance has already cancelled my policy, but they have not paid me back my premiums...how does that work!!??

I WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERYONE TO BE EXTRA DILIGENT WHEN DEALING WITH OUTSURANCE AS THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU... THEY ARE JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY!!

I will be taking this up with the Ombutsman, and possibly Carte Blanche or other Media outlets as I feel it is atrocious how hardworking people are being treated by the FAT CATS!!!! And in the meanwhile I am without a house, and I have my son and daughter living with me with their children who has to go back to school on January 9th, and they also have nothing left, but Outsurance OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE!!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU....ITS MORE LIKE... HOW CAN WE CHEAT YOU!!!
