Outsurance is a ****

Stay away from Outsurance. They wrote my car model incorrectly. When I alerted them my premium was increased by 1500 more. They will give you the run around when you want to speak to the sales person who was assisting you the person is always not available. They said there is no cancellation fee all of a sudden I'm being told I will be debited again on the 6th when I was debited on the 1st. They are misleading and can't be trusted. Mind you, I just joined and haven't even spent a week with them.
