OUTsurance is a ****.

Guys please be careful when dealing with OUTsurance. They are a bunch of ******* who have ruined my entire year. They went into my secondary bank account and debited without my permission, I never provided them with my banking details. I had new car delivered last week Saturday and the sales man was assisting me to get new insurance for my bakkie. I managed to get business quote with First for women but late on the afternoon when I got to the dealership I was told that they also got insurance with OUTsurance. I then realised that they took personal cover with OUTsurance instead of business cover. I called OUTsurance first thing Monday morning and informed them that the bakkie will be used for business purposes. They quoted me on business and as usual their quote was ridiculous, two time what I'll be paying at First for women. I informed them that I won't moving ahead with them and requested that they cancel the policy. Later during the day I keep receiving debit order mandates on an account I don't use for paying bills and I kept on rejecting only to wake up the next morning with funds having left my account. FNB also failed me because why did the money leave my account when I rejected this debit order mandate time and again? Anyways, I've been phoning OUTsurance everyday since Tuesday requesting them to refund my money and till today they have not. All the useless senior advisors the Mpumi's, Lerato's and Shovana's are also very dishonest people because they never explained to me how did do this money leave my bank without my permission after I cancelled my policy with them within 24 hours of taking it. Today is my daughter's birthday and she will be having "black" birthday because I can't even buy her cake since this useless company is hoarding my money.

Good day Bongiwe,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into the matter.

After responding privately to you, we escalated the matter to our sales manager who listened to the sales call. Your husband called in, requested a quotation and he accepted cover. Subsequent to your review, we can confirm that the policy has been cancelled as requested.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Regards,
The OUTsurance Team
