Outsurance is a Bully
DISGUSTED ! TRIED PHONING THIS MORNING TO CANCEL MY VEHICLE INSURANCE. INSTEAD OF JUST ACTING ON MY REQUEST THE CONSULTANT JUST KEPT PUSHING HER PRODUCT AND COULD ALL OF A SUDDEN INSURE ME FOR LESS PER MONTH. THEY WENT AHEAD AND REDUCED MY PREMIUM WITHOUT MY CONSENT - IT SHOWS ON THE APP AND THEN WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE EXPLAINING TO HER THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THAT REDUCED PREMIUM BECAUSE I HAVE FOUND A BETTER PRODUCT THE CONSULTANT DROPPED THE LINE ON ME. DISGUSTING PHONE ETIQUETTE. BULLYING TACTICS. IM CANCELLING FOR AFFORDABILITY. NOT FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE BRAND. PLEASE DONT DISMISS MY INSTRUCTION. IF I PHONE AND I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER PLEASE FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR BEING PLAYED WITH.
