Outsurance is a big ****!!!!! Dont go there

<p>I have been a loyal client of OUTSURANCE for many years, my first accidant and then the mess started. First they told me they don't have enough assesors, I took the photos myself, which they asked for. Got my first assesors report, they added half of the damage. I struggled for weeks, took photos again for them to add, my panelbeater sent them the photos which they asked for, then they told me they didnt receive it. Then I sent it three times again, they told me they got it. They made a difference about the report about 3000. First it was about 22000, then they made the money about 35000. I talked to a few people, who had the same problem. They dont stand what their advirte*****ts say. They pushed me into a corner, I have to take their panelbeater otherwise there will be extra costs. But if you sent out an assesor then there wouldnt have to be so many extra costs. They didnt add my windscreen or my tailgate, they told me my windscreen could have been a rock. I am so disgusted with this company, I went to read their reviews on facebook, and I saw just negative reports. Now I have to buy secondhand parts, because of outsurance. My car's damage is about 75-80000, thanks to outsurance I got 35000 out. Please dont waste your time to believe anything they say on their adds.</p>
