OUTsurance intentionally ignores cancellation requests.

Not impressed by retentions department. My mother called in last week to cancel a policy she took out less than a month due to some challenges and spoke to Zama from retentions who was supposed to cancel the policy. Today i called in to check since we didnt receive a cancellation letter and spoke to Bhuti(Buthi) from CC who then confirmed all security and got consent to speak to me and notified me that the policy is still active, when he tried to transfer us to retentions we were on hold for a good 10mins until someone answered and hung up. Pathetic from retentions as i also work for an insurance company and know that they only think about their PBS not being affected.
