Outsurance insurance

A clienth off outsurance jumped a stop street strait in may way so I had nowhere to go but in side of car. The client off outsurance had may car towed away on their cost saying sorry it where their folt. So I contacted outsurance liability claims. They said just send us a mail we will get back to u . Now a week later and 4 emails still nothing no callback no email. Now I am renting a car at 10k a month to drive may kids around and work with. They taking the food strait out may house not taking responsibility 4 their client.
