Outsurance increasing vehicle insurance monthly premium by 46%

I just got off a call with a customer service agent, the purpose of the call was to change my physical address as I have relocated. To my surprise I was informed that my premium had increased from R1780 to R2600 yet my profile on the app does not reflect that. According to them, its their annual policy review and the increase is in line inflation. After expressing my unhappiness to the agent and letting him know that I cannot agree to their R700/ 46% increase and that now I am forced to look for alternative insurance, he asked me "Should i keep your policy active or cancel it"

What appalling service from Outsurance. I am absolutely shocked!
