Outsurance increases my premium without my permission

<p>I discovered last week that Outsurance had increased my premium by a whopping 15% in May 2016 without me knowing and had taken this money from my bank account without my permission since then. When I informed them last week they refused to refund me. They state they had emailed me a notice, which I did not receive. I am very unhappy about this bad business practice by what is generally a very good company !!!!</p>
