Outsurance increased my monthly premium by over R400 just for updating my address!
I phoned outsurance to simply update the address where my car is parked at night, which is technically more secure, and based solely on that, without actually seeing the venue, they increased my monthly premium by over R400 pm! Outsurance... you are the weakest link, and I WILL be switching to another insurance provider. Goodbye!
