Outsurance ********* increase of premium

Outsurance just increased my monthly premium with 10%. The value of my care decreased substantially. I also use my car for a minmum kilometres per week, making my insurance virtually risk free. And, to crown all, I have not claimed in recent years.

To add insult to injury, they demand that you only call them. You cannot send them emails, making it difficult to object to the increase.

It is worrying that Outsurance has increased my premium every year far above inflation and despite the drastic decrease in the value of my car over many years. It is an unfair and ********* practice.

I want to let Outsurance know that they do not have my permission to increase my premium.
