OUTsurance - Impressive insurance

<p>Last year I called my then insurance provider to inform them that I'd changed my address. They came back to me saying that the change of address would mean that my car insurance would be increased to an amount that was absolutely unaffordable to me. After 6 years with them I decided to cut my losses and contacted OUTsurance to see if they could help me. The telephonic service was excellent and I felt like I was getting authentic assistance. I changed over to OUTsurance and my premium was about R250 less than what I was paying before. Fast forward a year later, and one afternoon I was driving down the road from my home and a guy jumps a stop street and I have an accident. I contacted OUTsurance the next morning and Tristan Govender was incredibly helpful. He was patient in asking me all the necessary questions. He advised where the closest assessment centre was to my home and I got the car assessed. By the afternoon he got back to me to let me know what my options were. We decided on the disclaimer and within a short time, OUTsurance paid the amount for the repairs into my account. I was able to get my car fixed and I have my car back looking like new. A few weeks later I was contacted by the legal department of OUTsurance to inform me that they had recovered my excess and that it would be paid to me. This in my opinion is going above and beyond. Thank you OUTsurance for your impeccable service. I will only recommend OUTsurance to friends and family in future. </p>
