Outsurance ******* ITC listing
Did I even have to give one star? I can't even receive one explanation. Picked up that Outsurance listed me on ITC for the amount of R835. No idea why and apparently neither do they. I have been with them for years and sure I have missed a payment here and there but I always caught up and never ONCE did I have to cancel. If I did miss a payment why was I not notified that I will be listed on the ITC. In fact, missed payments were always caught up almost immediately in the past. What a downer to start my weekend.

We have sent a request to all the credit bureaus that there is no funds outstanding to OUTsurance.
We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid. Where premiums are not paid to us, there is no money owing to us as we do not provide cover during that period.The credit bureaus have different manners of depicting the non-payment of premium.
To avoid having the payment reflect as unpaid, it is best to ensure the funds are available when payment is due. If the debit date selected is incorrect, we will gladly assist with changing the date.
