I was most impressed with Ms Mtembu at the call centre when I phoned to put a claim through. So helpful and efficient. Went to have car assessed by Mr Bunsee in Pietermaritzburg. Thorough job. My car now at panelbeaters. Wonderful service all round. My mom has now also insured her car with Outsurance
