Outsurance horrible service *******
On Friday morning 26/03/2021 my wife's car was knocked by a third party.The damage is minor and only the rear right fender is damaged. Hyundai Grande i10 2018 model is her car. This car is covered and insured by Outsurance. I'm paying a premium of R575 PM. According to the Oursurance people I have spoken to, the damage is worth R14000 and I have to pay an access fee of R21000. Now how the hell does this make sense? Bear in mind that no one of Outsurance has come to look at the car physically, but only saw pictures of the damage. Why am I paying insurance if I have to pay again to make use of their service? This is absolutely horrible service and I will surely not recommend Outsurance.

Our claims manager contacted and discussed the claim and your concerns in detail. Lerato further discussed the assessment with you and has emailed you a copy of same. She further explained that the damages sustained to the vehicle are below the excess amount payable and the impact that this will now have on your claim.
