Outsurance horrible service!

What a terrible company! I signed up for insurance with this company because I thought that they are the best in the industry. At first service was ok as my car had been ****** and they managed to help in a reasonable amount of time. But there are always always debit issue problems with this company. They never deduct the money on the agreed dates. This is most frustrating! Secondly, in 2020 a drunk driver bumps my car and damages my bumper while I'm parked and standing still, my wife had been sitting in the car and she was traumatized as I went into a store at a mall to get some medication for her as she wasn't well that day. With all the witnesses and a car guard that had also been bumped by the drunk driver, this company manages to take excess fees of R2500 from the payout and leaves me with R900 to fix my car. They claimed that they'd help me get my excess fees back from the other person and months later still nothing. I had to use money from my own pockets to try and fix my car leaving me with a whole in my pocket. For December, another ***** up with a debit order and now I have to run around again. I'm sick and tired of this horrible company and consultants that never do their job properly and never gets back to me in when needed.
