OutSurance, holistic client experience

Outsurance proves that it stands up to its claims on their Radio and TV adverts- they do care! In all my engagements with them, they focus on customer experience, not only with the car insurance product but also when you call them. That human engagement really brightens that experience as a client and time and time again, its the same level of service. This service is really appreciated by people my age (over 60) and is really reassuring to us that we are heard as "people" and not just considered as clients. Well done OutSurance!
