Outsurance hidden clauses
My elderly dad was in an accident and Outsurance informed him that he only has an essential insurance which only pays out an percentage of the value of the car (think 30 Percent) and does not even cover tow in costs. He was not aware of this. Is there a way to verify this? I mean the calls must be recorded? Surely the reason for having insurance is that the car will be repaired ? What am I missing
