Iv been with Outsurance for many many years...... and Iv always experienced pretty stock standard service which should be expected. However, I have had a recent run in with a complicated issue (that I honestly thought wouldnt be resolved) and an angel of a lady named Lebo Magase assisted me. I wish I could give more stars for the outstanding service I have received from her. Every single employee at Outsurance can learn what incredible customer service is from this young champion! Well done Lebo! Outsurance, you better give this lady an increase and make sure she stays with your company! she is an assist you cant lose!
