Outsurance help

I want to give a big shout out to Outsurance, and especially my broker, Graham Gibbs. On Thursday 19th March, my wife had an incident where she got her car wedged on a curb, and could't go forward or reverse. We contacted Graham who went way beyond his duties. He arranged with Out-Help, who arrived to assess the situation. They couldn't see if there was any "severe damage" to the under carriage, but decided to tow it, to rather get the vehicle assessed. (Thank fully, there was no damage). Graham kept in constant contact with myself and my wife. The team "behind the scenes", also kept in regular contact with both of us, letting us know what was transpiring. On Friday, Graham even arranged the release form so that we could go and collect the vehicle. This is the kind of service that deserves 5 stars. Thank you Outsurance and Graham Gibbs
