Outsurance have NO MORAL Values!!!! Stay Away!!!!

Outsurance is the Worst – Especially Kulani Maluleke

Thank God I’m not your client – I was before but luckily not anymore. Outsurance you don’t know what morals are. Obviously you do sly business… Im was in an Accident early Aug. Your Client bumped into the back of my Car. Now I am busy with a 3rd party claim with outsurance. – Oh my Word, If you just knew how difficult they will make life for you. For my Car (Hyundai Elantra 2012 model) they only paid me out R 4600 to get my whole back bumper replaced (Second hand part because that is what you insist on) Outsurance didn’t even send out an assessor to assess all the damage to my car. No they worked from the photos I send with my claim application….

2 days after my accident I got 3x quotes from different companies (which outsurance requested) who was all around R 16 000 to fix. assessors physically examined my car... Outsurance reffered me to some ***** backstreet panel beater in Pretoria Central and said they will fix it for the R 4600…So me, woman alone should go there? For real? So I did some homework and realized I don’t have to go to that place, I want a panel beater closer. So now they told me to go to another place in Koedoe****rt (Its better but It would still not be my choice as I stay in Pretoria east and would have like to use a more reputable place near Menlyn mall) So now I took my car to the new place in Koedoe****rt, the guy assessed the damage and said it will be around R 8000- R 9000 to fix. So how must I book my car in if there is no agreement to who’s going to pay the shortfall? Why does outsurance tell me that this guy will fix it for R 4600 if they haven’t even spoken? Or got a quote? Do outsurance just make up their own amounts?

I Send this new quote to outsurance again… oh my goodness, Kulani still doesn’t understand my frustration. She / He doesn’t understand there is shortfall? – Outsurance also let the panel beater know to remember that I am a THIRD PARTY CLAIMANT AND I AM NOT A CLIENT- So what does this have to do with fixing my car? – Is this to give the ****tiest parts and to do the ****tiest job possible? To make life miserable because I claim from you for the damages on my car which isn’t even my fault????? - NO MORALS!

Another thing I want to know is why does outsurance pay out the amount to the 3rd parties bank account and not directly to the panel beater? Is this because you want to make life difficult and to cause more problems. So Outsurance can say we paid you out go to the panel beater get your car fixed but then you get to the panelbeater they refer you to and then you have a problem because the panel beater cannot do the job for that amount. I’m sure the claims person looses commission if they paid out to the 3rd party what is MORALLY right to enable a person to fix a car in the same state it was before? No you see where you can rip people off! Shame on you! So now Im am waiting for outsurance to sort out their Sh*t so I can take my car to the panel beater to be fixed…… I’m sure Im not the only 3rd party claimant with this problem

Where outsurance went wrong is: 1. They did not correctly assess the damages on my car. 2. The claim amount paid out to me is not enough to get my car fixed –You need to pay out more for any panel beater to the job. Do you get it???? – it is not rocket science.

I WANT MY CAR FIXED AND OUTSURANCE WILL PAY ! I will not go away until my car is fixed and paid for by Outsurance!
