OUTSURANCE HAVE NO HEART!!
After 19 years with Outsurance without a Claim and receiving their 25% Outbonus, our car was hit by a motorist whilst stationary and unattended. Outsurance repaired our car and RECOVERED the FULL AMOUNT from the other party but refuse to reinstate my No Claim Bonus (which I have had for 63 Years!) and cancelled our 25% Outbonus and REFUSE our protestations! This is how they treat elderly Pensioners!
